Success Story - Water damage expenses paid in full
A water pipe burst in a large law firm's building causing over $200,000 worth of damage to the building, equipment, furniture, and legal files. Since we had placed the firm with an insurance company trusted by ninety percent of the law firms listed in the "Am Law 200," we knew payment for the damages would not be a problem. For instance, most insurance policies have very limited coverage for mold damage. However, their insurance company, without question, hired a professional to perform mold remediation.
After the initial claim was paid, our client found additional expenses that needed to be paid. Therefore, we negotiated payment with the insurance company on our client's behalf. The end result was a promptly, paid claim and a satisfied client.
